Les Vins Pirouettes is produced by Christian Binner, a producer exploring the current trend toward natural wines while helping organic and biodynamic growers in Alsace transition from selling their grapes to cooperatives to making and bottling natural wines. Eros de David Orange is an Alsatian white blend, fermented with indigenous yeast and zero sulfur. 25 days of skin contact give this wine an amber colour and a hint of tannins. Unfined and unfiltered with amazing flavors of dried herbs, fruits and minerality.
