Peter Gönc refers to his winemaking approach as using an "early bird" and a "late bloomer." This fun, fresh, and crisp Rumeni Muskat blends two different clones of Yellow Muscat. The "early bird" imparts freshness and aromatic qualities to the wine, while the "late bloomer" adds maturity, depth, and body. Hand-harvested from a single organically farmed vineyard.
