The Wohlmuths have been cultivating Reisling in Kitzeck-Sausal for almost 200 years.When establishing the Dr. Wunsch vineyard, they planted a single vineyard with slate soil at extremely steep exposure. Gerhard Wohlmuth focuses on hand cultivation, reduced yields, and a minimalistic intervention in the vineyards.
