Through many generations, Piesporters and Bernkastelers have maintained a tradition of excellence. Johannes and his team work hard to ensure a high level of quality and continuity from vintage to vintage. These grapes come from the growers in the region who have maintained long-standing relationships with Johannes Sellbach. This off-dry Riesling shows off its tradition varietal aromas like pears, green apple, honeysuckle on the nose and palate. High acidity and a little sweetness makes this wine pleasant and drinkable, with a slight chalkiness and a buttery effect. The finish is rounded out with minerality and lemon notes.
