Passione Sentimento Bianco was born from a question: can one attain elegance and structure using only Garganega grapes? In answer, Pasqua Vigneti uses grapes selected and harvested in advance before being dried inside the Fruttaio to gain aromatic concentration. After fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barriques. Intense notes of citrus with hints of apricot, peach and sweet spices characterize this wine, with a round, pleasant palate and a well-balanced, persistent finish.
