Ouleb Thaleb - S de Siroua Chardonnay

Domaine Ouled Thaleb is named after the tribe that owns the vineyards land and works at the winery. It was established in 1923, and the vineyards were planted the same year, with the first harvest in 1927. AOG Zenata is one of the most popular protected designated origins in Morocco. Ouleb Thaleb grows Chardonnay vineyards on dark clay-marl soil known as tirs. The wine is fermented and aged 9 months on the lees in concrete tanks with weekly pumping over. There are notes of white flowers and lemon with creaminess, and a fresh palate with acidity and a soft body makes S de Siroua easy and drinkable.
