A beautiful, pale ruby colour and notes of fresh red fruits and berries are characteristic of a young Gamay. Light-bodied, yet rich for its structure. Domaine Gregorie Hoppenot creates this enjoyable Beaujolais, fermented in native yeasts without the addition of sulphite. Fleurie Origines Vineyards are full of granite rock and light, sandy soils, deep in the lower part of the Les Roches and La Roilette climate.
