Fournier - Pinot Noir

The great potential of Pinot Noir grown in Touraine and Haut-Poitou terroirs is no surprise to any oenophile. Still, it's always exciting to discover a new gem! Fournier vines shine differently when grown and wrought in the Val de Loire, and here they perform a regular "green harvest" to speed the maturation of the grapes and control production. It has a deeper colour than you would expect, and its silky palate with mellow tannins continues with ripe cherry and grilled, spicy aromas. This is a Pinot that must be tasted to be believed!
