Domaine Lafage - Taronja de Gris

Domaine Lafage took their amazing pink Grenache Blanc and blended them with their aromatic Muscat and Viognier grapes, then fermented them in four barrels: two of them a whole bunch, one carbonic maceration, and the last with destemmed grapes. This is a style often known as orange wine or, in Catalan, Taronja. Its nose is delicate and perfumed, with hints of orange peel and ginger spice. On the palate, it's refreshing, with a tannic grip and a twist of bitterness like you might find in a Negroni.
