About
Château Changyu, a pioneer in Chinese winemaking, is located in the Ningxia Province, where it has been crafting wines since 2016 in collaboration with Austrian veteran winemaker Lenz M. Moser. Their XV Grand Vin, made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Helan Mountain range, truly reflects the region's potential. Aged in French barrels for 24 months, it offers deep aromas of ripe blackcurrants, dark cherries, and subtle hints of cedar and vanilla. Its full-bodied richness and smooth tannins lead to a long, elegant finish. A wine for celebration, beautifully paired with quality Angus steak or roasted duck.
