Abaya - Snunit Carignan

Carignan from an old vineyard in the Snunit stream in the Hanadiv Valley, planted on white chalky soil, represents the character of the grape with finesse and depth. The nose is greeted by red and dark berries, notes of spice, and a hint of floral elegance. On the palate, the wine unfolds with a harmonious balance. Its well-structured tannins and bright acidity contribute to a velvety mouthfeel. Abaya creates unfiltered natural wines made with only minuscule amounts of sulfur dioxide.
