Bons Ju is an exquisite red wine from the renowned Domaine de la Graveirette in the southern Rhône Valley, France. Crafted with a deep respect for nature, this wine is produced using biodynamic farming practices, certified by Demeter since 2015. After studying in Beaune, Burgundy, Julien Mus returned to his hometown of Bédarrides and initially joined the cooperative. Bons Ju, created from Southern French grape varieties, offers a beautiful concentration of black cherry, violet, light licorice notes, cassis, and eucalyptus. On the palate, it is well-structured, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Fruit-forward wine is only fermented and aged in cement vats.
