Fraternal twins Bert and Fay Salomon are the 9th generation to take over their family's historic winery, which, ever since 1792, has been a pillar of quality winemaking in the Wachau Valley, Austria. The winery, certified sustainable and perched on high-altitude terraces, offers a unique Riesling experience. The vines, up to 25 years old, are planted on primary volcanic gneiss rock, promoting vineyard biodiversity and soil health. Von Den Terrassen Riesling, with its enticing apple, pear, and apricot aromas, is crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity and flavors of stone fruits, lemon zest, and a hint of honey.
