In 2007, farmer, winegrower, winemaker, and producer Tiago Sampaio returned to Portugal to establish Folias de Baco. His steady business growth now allows him to pursue new projects, yet he remains a small producer, dedicated to bringing his creative ideas to life. Raised in the Douro Valley, Tiago learned his craft from family and local community elders. Known as a pet nat (pétillant naturel), this orange wine is made with skin contact, giving it a hazy, golden hue and lively bubbles.
