Susana Balbo - Signature Barrel Fermented Torrontés

Susana Balbo grows vineyards at Finca La Delfina in Altamira, Uco Valley, at an elevation of 1,150 m. It is fermented in new French oak, where it is then matured for 4 months. It boasts enjoyable aromas of Signature Barrel Fermented Torrontés, strikingly similar to Viognier with hints of white pear, white flowers and ripe peach. On the palate, it has beautiful structure and acidity along with enticing fruit flavours that draw you in sip after sip. It has plenty of body for a wine with such delicate aromas and flavors. Fruity, floral and yet still quite dry.
