About
The Scurek winery planted vineyards on the Slovenia-Italian border to create natural wines and pet-nats. This mostly cold climate is best for such grapes as Pinot Grigio, Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc. After finishing its fermentation in bottles, the pet-nat colour yields that of a beautiful cloudy rosé.
