Riesling is classified as an aromatic grape variety, originating in the Rhine region of Germany. Alsace, to the east of the river, is known for its Rieslings as well. Reinhold Haart creates wines with pronounced intensity, with notes of nectarine, honey, ripe citrus, orange blossom and petrol. High acidity and a nice body make the wine rounder and more concentrated with a long finish. Haart to Heart also has great ageing potential — if you can stand to wait!
