With a dedicated understanding of French grape varietals, NeveYarak tried planting them in the clay- and limestone-filled vineyards of Galilee. The result was astounding, leading them to begin producing Chardonnay. This is a nicely balanced bottle, with notes of fresh apple and peach and crisp, mineral acidity. A great wine for a chilled-out day with a friend.
