Harashim - Robin

The story of the winery begins in 1987 with the planting of the vineyard in Harashim, on Mount Shazor, one of Israel’s rainiest locations at an altitude of 860 meters. From the biodynamic vineyard of Petit Verdot, it represents vibrant aromas of violet, cherry, and raspberry with subtle floral undertones. In Robin wine, most of the berries are fermented whole, using semi-carbonic maceration, a method where grapes are pressed by natural CO2. The taste and finish are fresh, leaving a lasting impression of the wine's depth and refinement.
