Josef Drathen - Gewürztraminer Kabinett 2020

This winery, founded in 1860 by Peter Josef Drathen, is one of the oldest and most famous in Germany. Today, the winery optimizes its production every year as its ideology of terroir wines and different styles evolves. This is made in the Gewürztraminer Kabinett style, which means that the wine is between dry and off-dry. This varietal has intense flavours of rose, tropical fruits and sweet spices, giving it an exciting palate full of acidity and complexity, all thanks to an ideal cross between soil and grapes.
