Nero Oro - Pinot Grigio Skin Contact

The name Nero Oro translates to "Black Gold," inspired by Sicily's volcanic soils, which play a crucial role in shaping the character of their wines. The winery is dedicated to combining ancient winemaking techniques with modern expertise, crafting wines that are both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition. For this Pinot Grigio, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The wine remains in contact with its skins for around six hours, resulting in a unique flavor profile. It bursts with aromas tropical fruit, citrus and hint of aromatic flowers. Acidity and enjoyable tannins creates long fruity finish.
