Tel Shifon - Rosé

Tel Shifon Winery is located in Kibbutz Ortal in the Northern Golan Heights, surrounded by vineyards and offering a spectacular view. Established in 2009, the winery produces approximately 25,000 bottles annually. Under the expertise of the professional and fascinating winemaker Yossi Sidon, Tel Shifon crafts exceptional wines. Their Rosé, made from Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon, exudes inviting aromas of fresh strawberries, red currants, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp and light-bodied, with flavors of juicy red berries, melon, and a hint of citrus zest. It features lively acidity and a clean, bright finish.
