Arribas Wine - Saroto White 2023

Arribas Wine Saroto White is is traditional wienamking style of Portugal’s Trás-os-Montes region. Inspired by the region's rich wine heritage, old vineyards, and unique soil and climate, winemakers Ricardo Alves and Frederico Machado decided to pursue a wine production project that honors nature's gifts. "The wine is 90% made in the vineyard; the rest is about not messing up what nature has given us," says Ricardo. Saroto White created with skin contact and low intervertion technic, combines the rich, warm profile of the schist soils with bright notes of quince, caramel, and wild herbs, resulting in a refreshing and elegant wine that celebrates the distinctive heritage of Trás-os-Montes.
