Pasqua Vigneti Vineyards produce some of the most powerful examples of wines from different areas on the Veronese side of Monte Calvarin, in the Soave appellation. The quirkily named "Hey French: You Could Have Made This But You Didn't" blends the best vintages of the last decade (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), which were selected as the best expression of the vineyard throughout its history. Stylistically, they worked to achieve complexity and structure through a skilful combination of the different vintages. Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness and fragrance with floral notes and intense minerality, reflecting the composition of its volcanic soil. When tasted, it showcases aromas ranging from chamomile, almonds and citrus to delicate notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.
