M. Chapoutier - Côtes-du-Rhône

The unassuming motto of M. Chapoutier, ‘Fac et spera’ (do and hope), resulted in an amazing wine thanks to the winemaker who observed, decided, and guided nature in the most respectful way possible. This history began almost 210 years ago with Michel Chapoutier, a man with an unending curiosity and was therefore definitely one-of-a-kind. The stony vineyards of Côtes-du-Rhône are a perfect marriage with GSM, the shorthand for a classic red wine blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. It has an intense nose with red fruits, chocolate and sweet tobacco notes. A medium body and balanced effects make this wine easy and eminently drinkable.
