About
This isa typical Grenache Blanc—"raised in the midst of oak trees, ravines and high mountains," as the Ferré brothers, founders of Cellar Frisach, describe it. Fermented with the grape skin for a few days in stainless steel, this wine remains with its lees without stirring for about a year. It is bottled unfiltered, but stabilised by the cold of winter until then, and no sulphites are added. You can feel the essence of La Foradada here, with its full, round and energetic taste. Skin contact gives this wine more herbal notes along with dried fruits. Silky tannins and refreshing acidity make this wine all the more enjoyable.
